Ahoy Roffa
Ahoy Roffa is a Weblyfe concept showcase: how Rotterdam Ahoy could look as the stage of Rotterdam South. A live agenda, an interactive venue map and a visitor guide from your front door to your seat, built to feel like the night out itself.

Project details
Ahoy Roffa is a self-initiated concept, not an official Rotterdam Ahoy website. We used it to show what a venue site can be when it is designed around the visitor's evening instead of the organisation chart.
The homepage opens with full-screen footage of the venue and the next big event, followed by a live agenda pulled from the real programme. An interactive map takes visitors from the arena to the docks, with capacity and history per hall.
The visitor guide, Van deur tot deur, explains the whole trip in four stops: tickets, parking, metro, tokens and cloakroom, food and drinks. Bo, a small assistant, helps visitors pick a night out or find the shortest way to their seat.
Everything is designed mobile first, because people look things up on the way there. The bold yellow and black identity is ours, built to read in a dark hall and on a phone in the metro.

The full approach runs through five layers in about eight weeks: a half-day origin session, then voice, universe, ritual and legacy. A Brand Sprint is faster; a Full Service build runs alongside your launch.
