New project: Flashfulfil, a fulfillment partner with its own client portal

Flashfulfil sources, stores, packs and ships orders from China for dropshippers and eCommerce brands across Europe. The team ran their own stores for years and now offer that experience as a done-for-you service. They wanted to look like the partner they are, not like one more supplier.

What we built

• A brand: the Wing mark, a black base with one Flash Pink accent and Geist, built on a one-page marketing plan we wrote with the founders.
• A site that shows proof: a shipping route map, the process in four steps, a client dashboard preview and a margin calculator that turns a dropshipper's real numbers into a quote request.
• A guides hub with comparison articles on private agents, delivery times, IOSS and duties, built for search and AI answers.
• A client portal and admin dashboard: stores, orders with their full cost breakdown, warehouse notes and a balance per client, replacing the spreadsheets the operation ran on.

From kickoff to the new site live on flashfulfil.com took two weeks.
