Flashfulfil

Flashfulfil handles sourcing, stock, pick and pack and worldwide shipping from China for EU dropshippers and eCommerce brands. We built the brand, flashfulfil.com and the client portal behind it, where every customer sees their orders, costs and balance per store.

The story

Project details

Flashfulfil is a fulfillment partner for EU dropshippers and eCommerce brands, run from its own office and warehouse in China. The team ran dropshipping stores themselves for years, so they know exactly where fulfillment breaks: suppliers that go quiet, orders that ship late, stock that runs out, margins eaten by shipping. Their old site called them a global fulfillment partner and looked like every other supplier in the category. The brief was a brand and a site that sell a business partner, not just another 3PL, and a back end that replaces the spreadsheets the whole operation ran on.

We started from a one-page marketing plan written together with the founders and built the brand on it: the Wing mark, a black base with one accent in Flash Pink and Geist as the typeface. Mature and minimal on purpose, in a category where every competitor owns orange, blue or green.

The site leads with proof instead of promises: a shipping route map from China to the customer's door, the process in four steps, a live preview of the client dashboard and a margin calculator that shows a dropshipper their real profit per order and turns that into a quote request. Behind it sit separate pages for sourcing, fulfillment and shipping, a team page and a guides hub with comparison articles on private agents, delivery times, IOSS and duties, built for search and AI answers.

Then the back end, on our custom cloud-based, LLM-native stack. Clients sign up through an onboarding form, create their stores, and see every order with its product cost, shipping and fees, notes from the warehouse team and a balance with a personal top-up reference. The Flashfulfil team runs customers, orders and costs from an admin dashboard. Next up is a direct connection to their ERP, so orders, tracking and stock flow in on their own.

Kickoff was 30 September. Two weeks later the new flashfulfil.com was live.

The full approach runs through five layers in about eight weeks: a half-day origin session, then voice, universe, ritual and legacy. A Brand Sprint is faster; a Full Service build runs alongside your launch.
