At Weblyfe, we designed and built Beauty Specialist, an AI beauty specialist that lives on a salon's own website. It answers questions about treatments, gives advice through a short skin scan and sends every request straight to the salon's inbox, also when the salon is closed.

Beauty salons and skin clinics get questions from website visitors every evening, at exactly the moment nobody on the team has time to answer them. Most of those visitors never come back. The brief was a product that lets a salon's own website give real advice, with the salon's own knowledge and tone, and turn that advice into bookings.
We built it as three parts that work together. A beauty specialist with its own name, photo and voice that knows the salon's treatments and way of working. An advice funnel: a short skin scan with questions that fit the salon, ending in a personal recommendation and a button to book. And a client portal where every request, conversation and click comes together, and where the salon adjusts the specialist's knowledge and tone itself.
The brand and website sell the product to salon owners in plain language: what lands on your website, what changes for your salon, how it gets there. A live demo lets owners talk to a specialist before they ever book a call.
Beauty Specialist runs on salon websites today. Five salons and clinics already have their own specialist, together handling more than 500 conversations with visitors.
