Yesterday I was on the treadmill.

I had my phone in my hand, sending voice notes to Telegram, and building a platform I had just closed a €3,000 deal for.

By talking to my AI agent while doing fasted cardio. Incline walking on the treadmill before eating anything.

"Appie, send an email to the client with the payment link."

"Appie, check the latest version of the landing page."

"Appie, test the checkout flow and take screenshots."

He did it all. I kept walking.

I'm Seyed. I run Weblyfe, a creative agency. And somewhere in the past few months, my way of working has completely changed.

I now have three AI agents running for me 24/7. They're called Appie-1, Appie-2, and Appie-3. They each have their own role. And yes, I talk to them like they're people.

Let me tell you a few things they've done in the past few weeks.

Last Night: Making a Reservation While Sitting on the Couch

I wanted to go out for dinner. LAVA Fire Grill in Bangkok, 11 PM, 2 people.

Normally: open the website, fill out the form, wait, check the confirmation.

I sent a message to Appie: "Book LAVA for tonight at 11 PM, 2 people."

He opened the booking site with Puppeteer. Clicked through the form. Filled in my details. Submitted the reservation. And gave me the confirmation.

I never even saw the website.

Last Month: Fighting Off a Bot Farm Attack

On February 23rd, Weblyfe suddenly received 10 one-star reviews on Google.

All fake. All coordinated. All posted within one hour.

Someone had targeted my agency with fake reviews. Likely planning to offer "review cleanup" services later for a fee. Nine fake accounts with French and German names. All Level 2 Local Guides. All with the exact same profile: zero photos, zero videos, zero real contributions.

What did I do?

I had Appie analyze every account. He found the patterns. The same IP ranges. The same timing. The same writing style that strategically framed our strengths as weaknesses.

We documented everything. All 9 Google Account IDs. All profile screenshots. The complete statistics proving this wasn't coincidence. The chance that 9 legitimate reviewers have the exact same profile is less than 0.000001%.

We sent the report to Google. Within a week, the reviews were removed.

Without the agent, this would have taken days of manual work. Now it was a few hours.

This Week: Building an Entire Website Via Voice Notes

Shay is a former military bodyguard. He protects Dutch executives and entrepreneurs. He needed a website.

I built most of that website by talking to Appie.

"The hero section needs to be tighter."

"Add a team section with statistics."

"The headline needs to change: not 'podium' but 'foreground'."

Shay's business partner Amir sent feedback via a WhatsApp voice note. Appie retrieved it via the Timelines API, transcribed it, and summarized the feedback:

  • "That tone of voice really is Shay"
  • "Needs to look corporate professional"
  • "Keep it broad so people can associate themselves"

I adjusted everything. The site went live that same day. SAFESITE Security.

CZA: An AI Lead Qualification System

CZA is a Dutch construction company. They receive leads via WhatsApp and wanted to qualify them automatically.

We built a complete dashboard. Real-time chat interface. AI that scores leads from 0 to 100. Automatic sync with Monday CRM. Mobile-responsive. Pull-to-refresh. Swipe gestures.

The entire stack: React, TypeScript, Supabase, OpenAI GPT-4.1, Google Gemini.

Most of the development conversations happened via Telegram. I sent instructions. Appie wrote code. I reviewed and gave feedback. He adjusted.

The system is now 95% complete.

And Tonight: Sending a Legal Email While Lying in Bed

I have a domain dispute going on. Months of bureaucracy over a domain name.

The other party wanted to pay me with a check. In 2026. A check.

Tonight at 10:49 PM I was lying in bed. I sent Appie: "Find that email thread. Send them a message that I can't cash checks and give them this payment link."

Appie searched my Gmail. Found the thread. Identified all parties involved. Wrote a professional email. CC'd the right people. Sent it on my behalf.

I didn't write the email. I didn't send it. I only gave the instruction.

What This Has Changed for Me

I don't have more hours than other entrepreneurs. But I do have a team that never sleeps.

The tasks I kept postponing? They happen at night now.

The competitive analysis I never did? It's in my inbox every Monday at 8:00 AM.

The booking I needed to make? Appie makes it while I'm on the treadmill.

Is This for Everyone?

No.

You need technical curiosity. Patience. The willingness to experiment and fail.

But if you're the type of entrepreneur who always has more ideas than time, then this might be the unlock you've been looking for.

I've created a free training where I show exactly how to set this up. From zero to working agent. No theory. Just me demonstrating it.

And I'm genuinely curious:

If you had an AI agent that listened to you and executed tasks, what would you have it do first?
